I dreamed of this cake a few days ago and decided to try it out. It looks beautiful and tastes even better! (I made cupcakes too and snagged one this morning).

I used a french vanilla cake mix and only put half of the mix in the pan. I used the rest for the cupcakes. I mixed 4 cups of cheesecake filling with 2 cups of whipped cream and spread it over the cooled cake. Then I cut up strawberries and mixed them with blackberries and a bit of glaze and spread them on the top.

So, it’s a mix of cheesecake and shortcake. YUM!!
