Yeah…you can get a batch of ‘BAD’ water. This one must have sat in the sun somewhere because it tasted like plastic and my husband is a firm believer in the toxicity of leached plastic. So, we had two cases of bottled water to dispose of. What to do??? I took a chance that it would ‘poision’ the grass and let the kids go for it. It’s amazing how different all the kids are and it’s so easy to see in a simple activity like this. Kelsey danced her way through the bottles, James chucked them across the lawn and then figured out a way to do three at a time. Joshua emptied the most water, although only half of his bottles made it to the grass. And in the ‘end’ he used his bum to crush the empties.
They had a lot of fun but now Joshua sees a water bottle and gets excited thinking he can dump it. Maybe it wasn’t such a good idea.
